Ronald H. Surkin, Esq. is our General Counsel and a partner of the law firm of Gallagher, Schoenfeld, Surkin, Chupein & DeMis, P.C. He has extensive experience in all matters relating to employment, including employment discrimination, benefits, and employment-related contract, trade secret and non-competition issues, as well as complex insurance and business litigation. He is a frequent lecturer and author on employment-law related issues. He has argued before the United States Supreme Court and all of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts, and has appeared in federal courts throughout the Eastern United States. He earned his BA at Case Western Reserve University in 1969, magna cum laude, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his JD, cum laude, at Harvard Law School in 1972. |
