Dr. Gross has more than 30 years experience in developing and implementing innovative HR systems to meet business needs. Prior to founding Censeo, he was the Vice President of Consulting at AlignMark for five years, a principal in William M. Mercer’s HR practice for twelve years, and an internal consultant with General Electric for eight years. He earned a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, an M.B.A. from the University of Utah, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Dr. Gross provides key leadership to Censeo in three respects. First, he is a seasoned business leader. Over the years, he has built successful consulting organizations by defining market opportunities, hiring exceptional talent, and managing resources to accomplish objectives. Second, he has a proven track record in developing HR products and services that are well received in the marketplace. Third, with his extensive experience in the field, he provides both consulting and assessment technology expertise to the professional team. |
