Dr Brus is Crucell's President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been a member of Crucell's Management Committee since the Company's incorporation and was formerly Chief Operating Officer (March 2003 to January 2004) and Chief Business Officer (October 2000 to February 2003). Prior to that, Dr. Brus was Executive Vice President, Business Development after joining the Company in 1997. From 1994 to 1996, he was product planning physician at Forest Laboratories (New York) and from 1990 to 1994 he was Medical Director for Zambon B.V. He holds a medical degree from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
