Mr. Collett joined the firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1987. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant Attorney General in the Arizona Attorney General's office for four years and a Deputy Maricopa County Attorney for five years. Mr. Collett received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1974. He concentrates his practice on insurance law, bad faith, personal injury and products liability. Mr. Collett is admitted to practice in Arizona and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. He is a Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court of Maricopa County Arizona and a member of the City of Tempe Planning and Zoning Commission.
