Ronald V. Waters III has been a Director of the Corporation since 2002.
Mr. Waters has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Lojack Corp. a premier worldwide marketer of wireless tracking and recovery systems for valuable mobile assets and a leader in global stolen vehicle recovery since February 2007. Previously from 2004 to 2006 he was the Chief Operating Officer and the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Compan a leader in the confectionery industry and the world’s largest manufacturer and marketer of gum.
Mr. Waters graduated from Trinity College with a degree in History and Economics and received his Masters in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business. |
