Ronald S. Rolfe is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Ron’s practice encompasses major antitrust and securities cases, SEC and grand jury investigations, corporate governance advice and a wide range of commercial litigation and arbitrations for U.S. and international clients.
Ron was born in New York, New York. He joined Cravath in 1970 and became a partner in 1977.
