Ronald M. Lindsay, Ph.D., has been a Director since June 2005. He currently operates Milestone Consulting, a biopharmaceutical consulting enterprise. Dr. Lindsay was previously Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President, Research and Development, at diaDexus Inc. from 2000 to 2004, and held a number of positions at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., including Senior Vice President, Biotherapeutics, from 1997 to 2000. At Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where he worked from 1989 to 1997, he was a founding scientist and Vice President, Neurobiology. Dr. Lindsay also worked at the Sandoz Institute for Medical Research, London from 1984 to 1989, where he was Head of Cell Biology. He is a director of Sequenom Inc., and HistoRx Inc., and a Senior Advisor to TVM-Capital, Munich. He is also a life sciences advisor to Scottish Enterprise and a member of the Globalscot network. Dr. Lindsay completed post-doctoral work at the Friedrich Miescher Institute, and he holds a B. Sc (Hons) in chemistry from the University of Glasgow and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Calgary. |
