Mr. Levin is a Principal member of Semmes, Bowen and Semmes and a member of the Firm’s General Business Group. Mr. Levin has devoted his practice to the representation of small and medium sized businesses with regard to compliance matters, the formation, creation and maintenance of private entities, commercial contracts, acquisitions and divestitures, finance issues and real estate matters involving the lease, development, sale and purchase of commercial properties. Mr. Levin also has an extensive commercial bankruptcy practice where he represents debtors and creditors of all types as well as trustees, creditor committees and any party affected by any type of bankruptcy proceeding. Mr. Levin is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Corporation, Finance and Securities Law section of the District of Columbia Bar.
