Mr. Turner served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Ceridian Corporation, an information services company principally operating in human resource, transportation and retail markets, from August 2000 until his retirement in October 2006. He joined a predecessor company of Ceridian in 1993 and served in a variety of executive roles including executive vice president of operations and chief operating officer. Mr. Turner is a director of The Brink's Company. He has been a director of the company since August 2007. His present term will expire in 2008.
