Ronald J. Stein counsels clients in all aspects of estate planning, including the creation and administration of Wills, trusts and estates. He advises clients on lifetime planning for the preservation and intergenerational transfer of wealth through charitable giving, creation of foundations, execution of prenuptial agreements and valuation of assets in the most tax-effective manner.
Mr. Stein represents numerous family-owned businesses, advising them on succession and tax planning, partnership interests and other issues. He also represents public and private foundations and is a director of several charitable foundations. Mr. Stein frequently collaborates with other professionals including accountants, insurance agents and investment advisers.
