Ronald J. Rossi has been a member of the UST Board of Directors since June 2004. He serves as a member of the Audit, Compensation and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees.
Mr. Rossi is former chairman of the board of LoJack Corporation and served as its chief executive officer from 2000 to 2004. He previously served as president of Oral-B Laboratories, Inc., a subsidiary of The Gillette Company, from 1998 to 2000.
Previously, Mr. Rossi held several senior executive positions with Gillette, including the presidencies of Gillette North America; Blades and Razors, North America; Gillette Canada and Braun Canada. He joined Gillette Canada in 1965, working in positions of increasing responsibility in the sales and marketing areas, before being named vice president, sales, in 1975 and vice president, marketing, in 1981.
Mr. Rossi also serves on the board of directors of Mentor Corporation.
He received a bachelor's degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario. |
