Ron Ciardiello is a Managing Director in MLA's Boston office focusing on associate firm and in-house placements. Ron received his A.B. magna cum laude, from Cornell University and his J.D from Northwestern University School of Law. In 1983, Ron was probably one of the first associates to make a lateral move to another major law firm when he went from Sidley Austin to Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago. He then had a long career at Verizon, where his last position was the V.P. of Business Development & GC for an international subsidiary.
Ron enjoys recruiting because he can draw upon his career experiences to ensure that his candidates are making a good career move.
Ron is married with four children and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
