Ron Bergamesca oversees Online Resources’ Integrated Banking Services division reporting to the chief operating officer. He is responsible for the Company’s full service banking relationships which integrate its suite of Internet account presentation payments relationship management professional services and software. In addition to acting as General Manager Bergamesca heads the division’s Relationship Management Services unit which includes the Company’s consumer marketing programs and its 7x24 call center. Bergamesca was formerly a vice president with CUC International (later Cendant Corp.) where he managed the nation's largest credit card protection program. For 10 years he was a general manager at MBI Inc. a leading direct marketer of heirloom collectibles. Bergamesca holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management. |
