Mr. Kazel is a Managing Director for Annaly and FIDAC. Mr. Kazel joined the company in December of 2001. Prior to joining the companies, Mr. Kazel was a Senior Vice President in Friedman Billings Ramsey’s financial services investment banking group. During his tenure there, he was responsible for structuring both the private and public equity offerings for Annaly in 1997. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Kazel served as a Vice President at Sandler O’Neill & Partners where he was involved in asset/liability management and fixed-income analysis and sales. Mr. Kazel has a BS in Finance and Management from New York University. Mr. Kazel serves on the board of directors for Prodesse Investment Ltd., a limited liability Guernsey-incorporated closed-end investment company which is managed by FIDAC. |
