As Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Greenman performs day to-day accounting operations including construction, development, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and tax. He currently supervises cash management, budgeting, financial reporting and management reporting. His responsibilities also include managing the Company s external relationships with accounting and auditing firms. With nearly 15 years of finance experience, Mr. Greenman has held financial management positions with PHH, Laureate Education, SafeNet and Orion Power. He has also worked in public accounting with Deloitte and Touche and KPMG. Prior to his tenure at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Mr. Greenman worked for Prime Retail, responsible for Asset Management for development, construction and operating properties. Mr. Greenman has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University in New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
