Rona Wexler is the managing partner directing the firm’s search process. She is also responsible for client relations and new business marketing.

Before coming to Ariel Associates, Ms. Wexler worked at Xerox Corporation for over 15 years, where she gained a broad range of experience in field sales, management, marketing, as well as hiring and recruitment. This experience combined with her background in selling to a wide range of vertical markets furnished Ms. Wexler with a deep understanding of the critical success factors involved in hiring, placing, and integrating candidates successfully in virtually any organization.

Ms. Wexler received her B.A. from Emerson College and her M.A. in counseling psychology from New York University. She has also managed college-level student services in Career Counseling, Placement, and Job Development in public and private colleges in the New York-Washington corridor. Ms. Wexler's knowledge and experience in these areas is part of what makes Ariel qualitatively different, ensuring successful, long-lasting placements.

Ms. Wexler co-chairs the New York chapter of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters (IACPR). She is the current co-chair of the Membership Committee and past co-chair of the Career Issues Committee of Advertising Women of New York (AWNY).
