Ron has over thirty years in the fields of Financial, Operations Management and Sales Consulting. He has an extensive background in the practical application of industrial organization techniques to financial institutions and data processing. Applying strategies for higher earnings and enhanced operations is just one of his many areas of expertise.
As an Executive Sales Director, his primary emphasis is the Midwest and Southwest territories of the United States. His sales process includes research and analysis of the institution and its markets, as well as formal presentations to executive management and directors, offering products such as financial analyses and recommendations of profit improvement alternatives, re-engineering and process change solutions, sales and service delivery systems, and technology utilization and alternatives.
Ron’s career in financial institutions started as a Trust/Operations Officer and later, Auditor of a multi-billion-dollar Texas Bank. In 1979 he joined Profit Technologies Corp, predecessor to John M. Floyd & Associates, as Vice President and Bank Consultant. Positions held in the financial services industry include Vice President, Executive Vice President, Corporate Vice President and Group Manager and Secretary to the Board of Directors for Texas Banks. He also served as past President of JMFA, was Chairman of the Board for another Texas-based consulting firm and Director of Financial Institutions Consulting for one of the Big-Ten accounting and management consulting firms. |
