As an Account Director with over 30 years of experience in the industry, Ron has the expertise to handle virtually any recruiting situation. For the past 4 years Ron has been specializing in Accounting and Finance positions. He works with manufacturing, retail, energy, technology services and consulting companies. Positions he has worked on include CFOs, Corporate Controllers, Accounting Managers, International Finance Managers, International Accountants, Financial Analysts, Audit Managers, Auditors, Senior Accountants and Accountants.

Ron attained MRINetwork? corporate ?Pacesetter? status multiple years throughout his career, an honor reserved for the top 10% of staffing consultants nationwide. In 1991, he was inducted into the MRINetwork International Hall of Fame for career achievements. Ron has also been invited to speak at regional and national conferences, as well as to technical management and user groups such as SIM on recruiting and retention issues.

EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Variant Partners in 1976, Ron had several successful years in sales with Burroughs (now Unisys).
