Romney L. Grippo is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
Romney received her LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law in 1995 and her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 1993. Following graduation from law school, Romney served as law clerk to the Honorable Marvin N. Rimm, J.T.C., Tax Court of New Jersey. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science from Marymount Manhattan College in 1990.
Romney is admitted to the New Jersey bar, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association (Director, Business Law Section). |
