Mr Boyd worked for 25 years in the accounting profession with Arthur Andersen, latterly as a partner.
After leaving Andersen he spent three years
in the group finance function of another clinical research organisation, most of which was as group controller.
Mr Boyd joined Chiltern in 2006 following the change in ownership of the business at that time. |
