Roland H. Acosta Professional Experience Prior to joining Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., Mr. Acosta served as Associate General Counsel for Sun Trust Bank for thirteen years providing legal advice in real estate transactions, commercial and corporate law, lending, consumer law, and regulatory matters for their statewide network of banks. Mr. Acosta was responsible for loan closings, and supervised lending activity throughout the state. As such, he has extensive and varied experience in both residential and commercial lending and transactions, and gained a reputation for his "get it closed" approach to real estate transactions. His experience also includes Landlord-Tenant disputes, Quiet Title actions and handling complex development projects including shopping centers, warehouse facilities, and office parks. Mr. Acosta has represented national retailers, restaurant chains and banks in their expansion into Florida. |
