Roger Yoh was elected to serve on the OCWD board of directors in November 2004. Director Yoh is a registered professional engineer, a project management professional and is currently employed with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), District 7 (Los Angeles and Ventura Counties) as a senior transportation engineer.
Director Yoh holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Irvine, where he received extensive training in various disciplines of civil engineering including water resources engineering and construction management. |
