In 1983, Roger Winter pursued a vision. By hiring talented people and creating a culture devoted to big ideas and superior service, he built the agency he could never find as a client. His vision turned out to be a concept that worked.
Today, as Chairman, Roger oversees the strategic direction of the agency and ensures that the TPN culture continues to flourish. Most recently, he led the integration of the Six Sigma process into TPN daily practice.
Prior to founding TPN, Roger was the Director of Advertising and Merchandising for Southland Corporation (now 7-Eleven) and was the National Director of Advertising and Promotion for McDonald's.
In his free time, Roger tends his ranch in Fredricksburg, Texas, plays golf and tries to keep up with his seven children. |
