Roger Smith was elected our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September 2002 and was elected to our Board of Directors in December 2003. He was elected Executive Vice President in May 2005. Mr. Smith had served in various capacities with Great American Insurance company since 1987 including Controller and Vice President of Great American Insurance Company and as Vice President with responsibilities for Corporate Development. |
