Mr. Schoenfeld is a JD and CPA with significant operating and transaction experience in the industrial sector. After six years of practicing law, Roger leveraged his skills as a transactional attorney in Chicago into life as a serial entrepreneur. Over the next twenty years, Roger founded the following businesses: a precision metal fabricating manufacturer, a metal safe manufacturer, a title insurance company, a commercial real estate business, and an M&A and consulting boutique. Mergers and acquisitions were a large part of the growth behind his metal fabricating and stamping business that eventually was sold to a larger competitor. Recently, Roger merged his corporate finance and consulting practice into CrossKeys Capitals to become a Managing Director of the Midwest Region, specializing in assisting industrial manufacturers and distributors with their strategic planning and divestiture options. Roger obtained his JD, with honors, from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University. |
