With a background in Corporate Psychology and Business, Dr. Jansen's expertise is consulting with top levels of management regarding general decision-making and problem solving based on human resource and organizational behavior variables. Roger's psychological and business training began at Michigan State University where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree. Roger next attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he earned his MA and Ph.D. in Psychology; Roger has also completed a Masters in Education. Roger's research has been published and cited in peer-reviewed journals. Before Leadership Capital Group, Roger gained invaluable experiences founding New Dimension Software, where he served as President prior to the company being acquired. More recently, he has served as a management psychologist for a large accounting and consulting firm in Detroit, and as a partner in the Management Consulting division of a human resources consulting organization in Grand Rapids. In both these capacities, he actively engaged in psychological assessment, management development, selection research, test development, performance management, and executive coaching. A member of numerous professional organizations, he actively attends and presents at local and national conferences. He has extensive experience in candidate selection and placement, executive assessment, executive coaching, training and development, statistically driven employee selection programs, and 360-degree feedback programs.
