Roger Norberg has spent the past three years at Deephaven Capital Management LLC, a Minneapolis-based $4 billion multi-strategy global investment fund, where he is the portfolio manager for the firm's North American fundamental equity strategy. Prior to Deephaven Capital, Roger accrued 10 years of experience in U.S. capital markets as a senior research analyst with J.P. Morgan, Chase H&Q, and U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray. He is an I.I. ranked analyst and is considered a leading authority on outsourced manufacturing and global supply chain management. He has advised numerous international manufacturing companies on outsourcing strategies as well as operating and capital strategies. Prior to working in the capital markets industry, Roger served as a manager for Deloitte & Touche consulting where he specialized in projects for global manufacturing clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics (with honors) from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Business Administration Degree (with honors) from the University of Chicago. |
