Roger B. Porter is the IBM Professor of Business and Government at Harvard University. Mr. Porter has served on the faculty at Harvard University since 1977. Mr. Porter also held senior economic policy positions in the Ford Reagan and George H. Bush White Houses serving as special assistant to the President and executive secretary of the Economic Policy Board from 1974 to 1977 as deputy assistant to the President and director of the White House Office of Policy Development from 1981 to 1985 and as assistant to the President for economic and domestic policy from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Porter is also a director of Extra Space Storage Inc. Tenneco Automotive Inc. and Zions Bancorporation. Mr. Porter is 58 years old has been a director of the Company since November 1999 and is a member of the Compensation/Nominating/Governance Committee and the Three-Year Independent Director Evaluation Committee.
