Has been a Director since May 1987 and Chief Executive Officer since April 2002. He served as our President from May 1987 until February 2006 when he resigned to accommodate the appointment of John R. Wallace to that position. He was named Chairman of the Board on July 1, 2005. Since April 1, 2005, he has also served as Executive Vice President and Director of DHS. Mr. Parker also serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Amber Resources. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Land Management from the University of Colorado in 1983. He is a board member of the Independent Petroleum Association of the Mountain States (IPAMS). He also serves on other boards, including Community Banks of Colorado. |
