Mr. Jean is an experienced commercial litigator in state and federal courts. His broad experience has included the representation of real estate developers, lenders, lessors in landlord/tenant matters, management in strike-related labor matters, wrongful termination litigation, and representation of clients in securities and various contract disputes. His bankruptcy practice has focused primarily on representation of creditors in Chapter 11 cases. Mr. Jean has an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Directory.
