Rodney L. Waller, Senior Vice President and Secretary, joined the Company in 1999. Mr. Waller had been with Snyder Oil Corporation, now part of Devon Energy Corporation, since 1977, where he served as a Senior Vice President. Before joining Snyder, Mr. Waller was employed by Arthur Andersen. Mr. Waller is a certified public accountant and petroleum landman. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harding University. |
