Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron, Robin was a Manager with Arthur Andersen, LLP. His expertise includes strategy development, process improvement, system selection and design, system testing and implementation, matter management, e-billing, operations review, document management, and litigation support.
Robin's experience also includes technology review, benchmarking, performance measurement, conversion management, training development and delivery, customer and market analysis, gap analysis, change management and project management.
Robin has experience in the legal and corporate sectors designing, selecting, and implementing systems and databases.

Representative examples of Robin's engagement experience include:
Led case/matter management implementation teams for the corporate law departments of several Fortune 100 companies, and three large state government agencies. In particular, Robin has completed three LawPack conversions. Responsibilities included strategic needs analysis, system selection, developing the system design, developing user procedures, designing and configuring pilot systems, conversion management, and designing and implementing end-user training, including electronic billing implementations.
Led the implementation of an eContracting ASP solution for a major ebusiness software company, touching multiple functions across the enterprise including Sales, Legal, Finance and Renewals.
Provided legal industry expertise on the development of a strategic business plan for an ASP vendor. Provided insight and expertise for development of market opportunity, target market clients, competitor analysis, and sales and marketing strategy.
Led process mapping and documentation project for AMLaw 100 Law Firm in Billing and Collections departments.
