Robin Singleton serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Atlanta, GA office. Additionally, she is a member of DHR’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Group. DHR International is the fifth largest retained executive search firm with a wide variety of practices ranging from technology, non-profit, sports and entertainment, financial services, industrial and healthcare. Prior to joining DHR International, Ms. Singleton served as Senior Vice President at Tyler & Company, a boutique, retained executive search firm specializing in the healthcare industry. She began her career with Tyler & Company in 1984 where she was responsible for organizing and directing all physician group practice search activities and later, conducting high-level searches for medical groups, physician executives, and hospitals/systems alike. She was with Tyler & Company for 24 years as the firm’s first senior partner and stockholder. Her clients note her greatest strengths as being outstanding in managing the nuances of the research process, while skillfully calling it like it is to produce timely and high quality results. A graduate of Jacksonville State University, Ms. Singleton holds a BS in Business Administration. Originally from Washington, D.C., she has two teenage children and has resided in Atlanta for 25 years. Ms. Singleton is a well-recognized and respected consultant in both the nonprofit and for profit healthcare sectors. She is active in a number of professional organizations. She is a Fellow of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants (FAAHC) and served on the Association’s Board of Directors from 1997 to 1999. Ms. Singleton is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), has served on the ACHE’s Regent’s Advisory Council in Georgia and the Article of the Year Award Committee as well as being selected as a presenter at the college’s annual meeting. She is a guest lecturer for Georgia State University MHA/MBA program. Additionally, she sat on the Roswell Presbyterian Church Preschool Board of Directors, as well as the Lay Parish Ministry and has served as an Elder in the Presbyterian church. She has also been actively involved as a certified Girl Scout Events Coordinator and as a two time cancer survivor continues to assist in the American Cancer Society Cure By Design program. |
