In her role as the Human Resources Manager, Robin understands the need to have competent, highly skilled employees in place to meet customer demands and to achieve financial performance goals. Acting as a key interface between management and employees, Robin uses her 20+ years of HR experience to deliver a full range of HR products and support in the areas of performance management, training and development, employee relations and legal compliance. After pursuing her B.A. in English from New England College in New Hampshire, Robin began her career at Fawcett Publications in Connecticut. Most recently, Robin worked as a Vice President of Human Resources at Scudder Investments, where she provided HR products and services to business groups in Boston, Norwell and Kansas City. |
