Ms. Luke manages the company’s utility relations and regulatory compliance programs, both of which are crucial to successful project implementation. Her expertise includes contract negotiation, dispute resolution, regulatory permitting and entitlements, process management, and risk management. Ms. Luke has facilitated the interconnection of more than thirty-five systems serving the electric grid within the service territories of PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, and LAWDP in California and ConEd, NSTAR and PSE&G in the northeast. She has also developed strategic relationships with best of class service providers within the DG industry in the engineering, air modeling, and source testing arenas. Prior to joining RealEnergy, she was a Project Manager, Corporate Business Development, for Hall, Kinion & Associates, Inc. Ms. Luke is an active member of the California Energy Commission (CEC) Rule 21 Work Group and the California Clean Distributed Generation Coalition. |
