Robin has a wide-ranging corporate practice that includes mergers and acquisitions and public and private offerings. Robin has represented both buyers and sellers in public and private merger and acquisition transactions. His experience in public and private offerings includes IPOs and private equity financings. He also counsels public companies on compliance matters and has significant experience in public finance and project financings.

Represented a NASDAQ listed computer company in a $500 million sale.
Represented a software company in a $40 million IPO.
Represented a manufacturing company in multiple rounds of private equity financings, multiple acquisitions and a $47 million sale to a NYSE listed company.
Represented shareholders of a manufacturing company in an $100 million sale.
Represented public telecommunications corporation in connection with a $325 million public spinoff of its billing information management system.
Obtained a Securities and Exchange Commission no-action letter deemed one of the most significant no-action letters of 1997.
