Robin Bush is engaged in a general corporate practice for both privately and publicly held companies, with a focus on commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters. Ms. Bush’s commercial contracting practice includes an emphasis on international and domestic supply and distribution arrangements. She has represented clients in a variety of acquisitions and dispositions, both domestically and internationally. Her practice also includes the general business representation of entities from formation through dissolution, including counseling on corporate governance issues, a variety of business issues and contractual and transactional matters. In addition to traditional corporate and business matters, Ms. Bush’s practice also includes the negotiation of sponsorship agreements for sporting events and entertainment venues.Before she began the practice of law, Ms. Bush practiced landscape architecture for 10 years.
