Robin Copeland has been a director since 1992 and has served as Secretary since 1994. Ms. Copeland has been the Assistant Treasurer and Vice President of Treasury for Magellan Health Services, a managed care organization, since 1995. Her duties include management of the corporate function, including banking, cash management, and investments.
