Experience:
K. Robin Abraham concentrates his practice on structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on residential mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities offerings in the public and private markets. He also has experience in establishing residential mortgage loan warehouse facilities that issue extendable commercial paper. In addition, Mr. Abraham has experience representing clients in connection with a wide variety of aircraft debt, equity and lease financings, including U.S. and cross-border leveraged leases and operating leases.
