Robin J. Leamy serves as Managing Partner for the Mohr California offices and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Commencing his career with The Grubb & Ellis Company, Leamy successfully represented some of the nation’s largest property owners in marketing their projects. In 1988, he joined Langdon Rieder Corporation, a firm specializing in providing real estate services to corporate space users. Leamy was promoted to Vice President, where he played an integral role in building the firm into one of the top Real Estate Corporate Service groups in the nation.During his tenure with Mohr Partners, Robin has compiled a team focusing on servicing West Coast based clients with global portfolios. In the last five years, his team has implemented dozens of strategic plans resulting in the acquisition or disposition of over 2 million square feet of space.Robin’s clients over the past twenty years include NEC Electronics, Old Republic Title, PacifiCare, Westamerica Bank, Southwestern Bell Corporation, Lennar Homes, Level 3 Communications, Sprint, and Bank of the West. In addition to his real estate expertise, Robin’s understanding of communications and network considerations via the latest technologies has proved valuable to his clients in their strategic planning. His practical experience with technology firms has benefited both tenants and landlords in structuring logical and equitable transactions.Robin received a degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. As an undergraduate, Leamy captained UCLA’s Swim Team to their first national championship title. Following his undergraduate studies, he continued an athletic career that culminated in an Olympic Gold Medal in Los Angeles in 1984. Following the Games, Robin received his Masters of Business Administration degree from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Robin is married and is active as a coach in his children’s various athletic interests. Robin is also involved with various charity groups. |
