Robert Zoller is President, CEO and a Director of Kitty Hawk, Inc. and its subsidiaries, Kitty Hawk Aircargo and Kitty Hawk Cargo. Zoller was selected to lead the Kitty Hawk team in November 2002 and serves as a member of the Board’s Strategic Planning Committee.
Zoller previously was principal and founder of International Management Solutions, LLC, a company specializing in strategic planning and "corporate turn-around" consulting. Zoller's extensive airline industry experience includes serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc.; Senior Vice President of Maintenance & Engineering for AirTran Airways; Vice President Operations, American Airlines/AMR Eagle and Wings West Airlines; and Director Flight Operations, Pacific Southwest Airlines. In addition, Zoller has held accounting and financial planning management positions with General Dynamics and NCR, Inc.
Zoller has a degree in economics and business administration from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of International Business Administration degree from United States International University, San Diego, with international studies in Mexico City. He served on active and reserve duty as an Officer/Aviator with the U.S. Navy, including duty during the Vietnam War era. Throughout his professional career, Zoller has also served numerous industry, educational and community service organizations.
Zoller's term of office as a director of Kitty Hawk, Inc. expires with the annual meeting of stockholders in 2007. |
