Rob Zelikson has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Rob started his career with Chubb insurance company where he was a Loss Control Representative in New York City. In this role, Rob worked with many types of clients throughout New York helping to quantify and reduce insurance risk. After attending business school, Rob joined American Express as part of the Optima Card division. During his tenure, he developed an expertise in customer acquisition and was an integral part of the launch of a number of products including the Student Optima Card, Delta Card, and the Hilton card. In 1997, Rob joined Household International (now HSBC) as head of the Private Label risk group. In this role, he was responsible for all underwriting and account management risk strategies as well as participating in client development and management. He moved to the HFC division in 1999 to head up an analytic group responsible for marketing and risk strategies. Achievements included the design and building of a prospect data base, development of a sophisticated profit scoring methodology, and pioneering work utilizing geo-demographic analysis to optimize branch placement. In 2004, Rob joined Citigroup as head of Decision Management for the Sears card. In this role he was responsible for customer behavioral analytics, model development, and portfolio analytics. He also managed a group of people Bangalore, India. Rob holds a BA in Physics from the State University of New York at Binghamton, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and a MBA in Finance from New York University. |
