Mr. Yu is an associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy Group. He focuses his practice on the representation of myriad financial institutions in a wide range of commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. He has also represented clients before the United States Bankruptcy Courts in reorganization and liquidation proceedings. Mr. Yu has worked with debtors-in-possession, secured creditors, official unsecured creditor committees, DIP lenders and entities seeking to acquire assets in the Federal Bankruptcy Estate.
