Robert Wiemer is responsible for The Plasencia Group’s Southwestern United States region and is based in Houston, Texas.
Prior to joining The Plasencia Group, Wiemer served as a Director of Asset Dispositions at American General Corporation. Mr. Wiemer was responsible for the sale of hotels, office buildings, retail centers, apartments and industrial investments located throughout the United States.
Additionally, Mr. Wiemer worked for Collecting Bank, NA, the asset management and disposition division of First City Bank Texas where he was also responsible for the sale of many of the financial institution’s owned real estate properties.
Mr. Wiemer has coordinated the disposition of over $1 billion in hospitality assets. Notable disposition programs include the sale of the Lincoln Centre Doubletree in Dallas, Sheraton Intercontinental Airport in Houston and the Red Lion in Houston.
Mr. Wiemer graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s of Business Administration. |
