Robert Warshaw has over 25 years of experience in directing strategic initiatives and utilizing technology to change the way businesses operate. Mr. Warshaw is the chief executive officer (CEO) of OptiMark Holdings, Inc. and senior advisor to Teliris, the leading global provider of telepresence solutions. He served as CEO of Teliris during 2004 and 2005. As part of his role with OptiMark, he also served as the CEO for Vie Financial Group, a broker-dealer providing anonymous, low impact electronic trading for financial institutions. Prior to OptiMark, Mr. Warshaw was a director and chief information officer at Lazard for six years with responsibility for all technology and administrative services in the United States, as well as global technology for Lazard's asset management business. Before Lazard, Mr. Warshaw was a Partner at McKinsey & Co. His focus at McKinsey was helping large financial services and technology firms to adapt their structure and processes to be cost effective, innovative and able to deliver new capabilities. Mr. Warshaw began his career at Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) where he led both domestic and international strategy and large systems integration projects. Mr. Warshaw has a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. |
