Mr. Robert (Bob) Ward, the principal of the firm, is an established professional with 20 years of executive search experience.

Mr. Ward earned his Accounting degree at the University of Notre Dame and began his career as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand in Chicago. He is a CPA and maintains many associations within the accounting profession and the wider Chicago business community.

Mr. Ward's executive search experience began with ten years in a national recruitment firm specializing in the areas of finance and accounting. Subsequently, Mr. Ward founded Ward & Associates, a general executive search company that thrives today. Once established, the firm quickly broadened its scope to include operations, human resources, and management positions, as well as financial roles.

Clients range from closely held companies to widely recognized Fortune 500 firms, with an emphasis on middle and upper management positions.

Mr. Ward devotes his full attention to each search assignment. He believes that time spent on the initial screening process at the beginning of a search saves the client time and wasted effort later in the process.
