Mr. Sroka was Managing Partner of Lighthouse Holdings, LLC, a private investment and business consulting company. He created Lighthouse to be philosophically consistent with the way he believes advisory business should be conducted: providing senior attention to clients, remaining singularly focused on clients’ objectives, being selective in accepting assignments, and collaborating with other professionals to provide optimal results. Mr. Sroka previously served as Managing Director of Investment Banking for Mergers and Acquisitions at J.P. Morgan and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and holds a Master’s degree from New York University. He is a director of Sypris Solutions, Inc and Avado Brands, Inc. |
