Robert Sinclair Mr. Sinclair is a practicing attorney in the Roseville office of Sinclair Wilson.
Mr. Sinclair received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Genetics from the University of California Davis in 1974. He received his Juris Doctorate degree magna cum laude from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1977. Mr. Sinclair limits his practice to matters involving commercial and residential real estate and development including both transactions and litigation. Prior to entering private practice Mr. Sinclair served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. William P. Clark Jr. Associate Justice California Supreme Court.
Mr. Sinclair was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court Eastern District of California in 1978. He is a current member of the Placer County Bar Association having served as its President in 1983.
Mr. Sinclair has been a member of the Rotary Club of Roseville since 1979 and a founding director of the Rotary Club of Roseville Foundation. He served as President in 1993 - 1994 and was selected as an Outstanding Roseville Rotarian in 1998. Mr. Sinclair is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow. He has been a member of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce since 1979 having served as its President in 2006.
