Robert Roberts is responsible for all financial operations of the company, including accounting, tax, treasury, finance, and oversight of internal auditing. Prior to joining Fort Knox National Company, Bob served as Director, Global Risk Management Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In that role, he was responsible for market development and client service management responsibilities for risk management consulting, control process and operational audit reviews, due diligence projects, internal audit advisory, and audit outsourcing relationships across a diverse industry practice. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Bob served as Senior Vice President and Director of Audit and Compliance for Great Financial Corporation, a $3 billion super community thrift and mortgage banking operation. His career background includes more than 25 years experience in financial services internal audit, compliance, and risk management leadership positions with regional bank and thrift holding companies and large audit practice offices including Michigan National Corporation and Touche Ross and Company. Bob, a Certified Public Accountant since 1977, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. |
