Robert Rankin, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, most recently served as an interim CFO for a semiconductor start-up company. Previously, Mr. Rankin held positions as Chief Financial Officer of public and private, mid-cap and start-up companies in the high technology and aerospace industries. Mr. Rankin co-founded an application service provider software company that was first to market in 2000. As CFO, Mr. Rankin directed the sale of a software start-up, webcasts.com in 2000 for a valuation over $100 million. Under his leadership as CFO, DeCrane Aircraft Holdings grew from a highly leveraged, VC funded, private aerospace company with sales of $13 million in 1991 to a multinational public company with sales of almost $200 million in 1998. Mr. Rankin's background also includes senior financial management positions with B.F. Goodrich and Coltec Industries. Mr. Rankin has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Business, both from Carnegie-Mellon University. |
